LEVEL 3 : The Ultimate Challenge on the Costa Brava
Aventura Girona offers you the most challenging coasteering experience to enjoy the Costa Brava in Catalonia at its best. Starting from Sant Pol beach, next to Sant Feliu de Guíxols and close to Girona and Barcelona, this activity is for true adrenaline junkies and exploration enthusiasts.
With hiking and excitement as our driving force, we will discover the Costa Brava by swimming, making impressive jumps of up to 12 metres, diving deep and progressing through rocky areas. We will admire caves and the most spectacular shapes that the sea has carved into the rocks.
For the more daring
This route, which will take us to the remote Cala del Cap Mort, requires good physical condition and a desire to live an intense experience. It is suitable for anyone who can swim and is over 8 years old (children must be accompanied by an adult), although previous experience in coasteering or similar activities is recommended.
Our wetsuits for sizes 8 years and above will ensure your comfort. It is the perfect choice for groups of adventurers, stag/hen parties looking to party or team building sessions seeking to push boundaries.
Season: Spring/Summer
Difficulty level: Advanced, Level 3
Target audience: Ages 112 and up. Must know how to swim. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Must not suffer from vertigo and be in good physical condition for the jumps and the route.
Meeting point: Car park next to the beach: - View Map
Meeting time: 9:00 a.m. and 14:00 p.m. The first hour of the morning is ideal for calm waters and fewer people.
Duration: 3.5-4 hours total (30 min briefing, 10 min access, 2 hours activity in the water, 15 min return and 30 min refreshments and feedback)
What participants should bring: Swimsuit, closed sports shoes, towel, change of clothes and shoes

Group of 2-3 people: 60 euros per person
Group of 4+ people: 45 euros per person
The price of the activity will depend on the number of people who finally carry out the activity. Failure to carry out the activity by the client at the time of its initiation does not exempt him from paying the full amount.
You can join existing groups created by Adventure Girona to make the activity more economical.
What is included in the price: All the necessary material to carry out the activity (wetsuit and helmet), qualified guide, photographic report as well as civil liability and accident insurance.
