Discover the Costa Brava in an accessible way
Aventura Girona invites you to discover the true essence of Catalonia's Costa Brava. Located on Sant Pol beach, near Sant Feliu de Guíxols, this activity is ideal for beginners and is within easy reach of Girona and Barcelona.
With hiking as our guiding thread, we will explore the Costa Brava by swimming, jumping from heights of up to 6 metres, diving and walking. We will admire caves, fascinating rock formations and learn about the native vegetation and fauna. A memorable day surrounded by turquoise waters.
Perfect for Everyone
This tour to Cala des Cranc requires no previous experience and is suitable for anyone who can swim and is over 8 years old (children must be accompanied by an adult). We have wetsuits for sizes 8 years and above, ensuring comfort during the activity.
This is a very suitable coasteering activity for beginners, families or groups (stag/hen parties or team building). We will explore part of the coastline, enjoying nature and listening to our guide's explanations.

Difficulty level: Beginner, Level 1
Target audience: Ages 8 and up. Must know how to swim. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Meeting point: Car park next to the beach:: View Map
Meeting time: 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. We recommend the morning because the water is calmer and there are fewer people.
Duration: 3.5-4 hours total: (30 min briefing, 10 min access, 2 hours activity in the water, 15 min return and 30 minutes refreshments and feedback).
What participants should bring:: Swimsuit, closed-toe sports shoes, towel, change of clothes and shoes.

The price of the activity will depend on the number of people who finally carry out the activity. Failure to carry out the activity by the client at the time of its initiation does not exempt him from paying the full amount.

What is included in the price: All the necessary material to carry out the activity (wetsuit and helmet), qualified guide, photographic report as well as civil liability and accident insurance.
