Ready for action? Adventure Girona take you to do canyoning in the heart of the Girona Pyrenees, more specifically in the Ripollès region. We will do the lower part of one of the most important canyoning routes in the province of Girona and one of the most interesting in the Pyrenees, the Gorgues de Núria. A beautiful ravine both in terms of its route and the environment where it is located (an hour and a half from Girona and Barcelona).
It is a very fun and varied ravine where we will find jumps of different heights, adrenaline slides and spectacular rappels. All this in a unique and privileged place where we can enjoy one of the most beautiful environments in the Girona Pyrenees. This descent is designed for people who have already done ravine activities before and are looking for a progression in this way. Good physical preparation is necessary, since we will have to walk on the approach and return.
SEASON: This activity takes place between the months of July to September.
DIFFICULTY: Initial/Advanced Level 3 (Levels are 0-4)
ADVENTURERS: From 18 years of age up.
MEETING POINT: Queralbs, at 09:30 at the train station La Cremallera - View Map
PARKING: 15 minutes from the meeting point. Participants will follow the guide's car in theirs.
DURATION: 4-5 hours from when we meet until we say goodbye (presentation of the activity and delivery of material 30 minutes, access 45 minutes, activity in the water 2-3 hours, return 30 minutes).
EQUIPMENT: ID or passport, Swimsuit, closed sneakers, towel and spare clothes and shoes for the return, Sandwich to eat.

The canyoning carried out with Adventure Girona is done with the latest generation wetsuits, two-piece specific for canyoning from the Seland brand, robust and with interior Titanium fabric to provide greater warmth and comfort. Children's wetsuits are one-piece, plus thermal shirt or shorty neoprene, in this way a good thermal protection and ease when putting on and taking off the wetsuit is guaranteed. Helmet and harness with descendant and double anchor rope. Booties (neoprene socks) are provided when the water temperature is cold.
